Bi-set features in doing one exercise and without pause performing another! It can be done with the same musculature (eg of the video) or different muscles (eg bench press and squatting). It is also common to see "antagonist + agonist", which would be for ex. triceps and biceps.
Advantage: it promotes a greater stimulation for the involved muscular fibers, we have a high metabolic and tensional stress, that will cause accentuated gains in terms of hypertrophy. The volume decreases but the intensity increases (remember that they are inversely proportional?). Just be careful not to do for a long time and take care of the final volume of the workout.
